THIRD-SATURDAY DANCES @ German-American Clubhouse: Lesson at 7:30 PM, open dancing 8:30 PM to 12:30 AM. Lessons are free with paid admission. Monthly Dances are $10.00 for members; $15.00 non-members. SFSDS will honor memberships to other Swing Clubs, show your current membership card and pay the member price at SFSDS dances.

DIRECTIONS FROM FLORIDA'S TURNPIKE: Take the SR-820 exit (number 49) - east towards Hollywood. Turn right onto Hollywood Blvd. (Pines Blvd., FL-820) east. Turn right onto South 62nd Ave. Turn right onto Washington Street at the traffic signal. Go to the end and the clubhouse is on the right. It backs up to the turnpike.

Every Friday Night at Dance Moves
Our 2009 Dance Pledge: SFSDS put together a new dance program to help our dance friends find their comfort zone and “Just Dance.” SFSDS is enabling the dance community to meet new friends and to improve their skills with our weekly lessons and open dance. By the end of each month everyone who participates in the lessons will be able to get on the dance floor and dance their basics. The syllabus being applied will give all our members and guests a chance to participate and broaden their dance horizons. We’ve planned on beginning with a series of Friday Nights and the 3rd Saturday of each month at our Hollywood Dance. Each month will be a different dance to help all the dancers in the community “Just Dance.” In the the second ballroom will be WCS.
Video Notebooks are being created so that you won't forget everything that you just learned.

DANCE MOVES is at 220 E. Commercial Blvd, 2nd Floor, Lauderdale by the Sea (954) 566-9779. From I-95, take Commercial Blvd East towards the Ocean, continue over the Inter Coastal Bridge and look for the Qwik Stop on the SE corner of Seagrape - (1) block before State Route A-1-A. Parking is available across the street at the SunTrust Bank and behind the adjacent building.
