Membership forms are not required for renewals as long as the address info on dues check is correct.
Please confirm current e-mail address and main phone number.
New membership card will not be mailed, unless specifically requested.
We will have card or renewal sticker available at the next dance attended.
We can confirm receipt of membership dues by e-mail if requested.
All memberships are for the calendar year and expire December 31st
